With 15 years experience working with high achieving clients from across the globe I have 20,000+hrs of coaching knowledge and client service skills. I have spent years working with athletes and physiotherapists to train my clients to be injury resistant and operate at their physical best. In that time I have devised my method of training which I call Rigditioning. It is the clearest way to become strong, resilient and embrace a long term health and fitness lifestyle whilst avoiding the pitfalls of other training programs that are less well rounded or unachievable for people with lives and responsibilities.
